wednesday, ash and i are going to go talk to some florists to get quotes for her wedding flowers. i can't wait! flowers are what make a wedding beautiful! she is going to talk with my florist, which in my opinion is one of the best for the $$$. she did a beautiful job at my wedding and even went the extra mile to decorate each table for me with candles and gift boxes. she did a wonderful job and i can't ever thank her enough! i hope Ash likes her because she is sweet and does fab work!
so , i think has changed the wedding colors....once again...to Blue Horizon and Green. I love the blue color...very vibrant! I already picked out the dress i want! hope it looks good on me when i try it on! we are going to wear a green flower in our hair and green shoes. i think we will all pick different dresses in the same color....that way everyone can wear what they like and are comfortable in. the wedding is not till next year, but we are planning in advance so Ash can make payments. it took me a year to plan my wedding...and in my opinion, it is better to plan in advance!
my husband got his new truck and it is really NICE! i really like it! it has an a/c! yeah!!! now we can put around town in it, and save the miles on my brand new car! the only thing is, i really wish i had a sports car now......since he has a 4 door...why not? some people call me high maintenance....i don't know why???? My dream car is a BMW 650i....$70K.
have you guys ever heard of silly bands??? they are the new craze for the kids. i stopped at CVS today and bought Samantha 3 more packages. I got her ones I have never seen.. i got her country, fruit and rock/peace sign ones. they are really cute, but a little overpriced. i guess each package comes with 2 of each so you can trade with your friends. they are kind of like the friendship bracelettes that we used to wear back in the day...except these are made in the shapes of things.
i want a cricut cake machine so bad!!! they are $400 in the store and i could have gotten one the other night for $230. i should have bought it! that is the cheapest i've seen! they are going to re-list it tonight and i'm going to try to win it. i need it! the machine cuts out fancy little decorations for cakes. if i every want to get better...i've got to make some really nice cakes to advertise with. jeff wants me to get some cake orders first...but i'm not good enough for that yet. we'll see if i win one...wishful thinking.
next month i start school....hope i have time for my cake making. it going to be hard, but so rewarding! i'm really excited!
so, and guess Lee and Will are coming for a visit in August for Will's 40th B-Day. She wants to do something nice for him, but we are going to Napa for their wedding the next month. So, she's decided they would just fly here for the weekend and we are going to have a BBQ and of course adult beverages! A night wouldn't be complete without adult beverages. I hope they have fun...because Vero is not the most fun place in the world! We will do our best to make it a great 40th for him. I love to hang out with them, so we are pumped that they are coming.
